Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout by UPS based on order size, weight, destination, and your preferred shipping speed or method. Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and may vary.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
SoundStake, LLC ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Please check back as we expand to international destinations.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damages
SoundStake, LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
